The Ascent Magnetic Knife Holder is a great product! Along with being American Made, I found the holder to be well made. With the beauty of the wood adding to its value. The Double Sided Magnetic Option is outstanding and the magnets are very strong. The thickness of the holder allows for the correct method of both removing the knives from and the placing of the knives on the holder. Even with my big hands I can easily twist the knife onto its spine for either the removing or placing the knife back on the holder. I can accomplish this without my hand contacting the knife handles on the opposite side of the block.
Overall i am very happy with the customer support, ease of ordering and my purchase .
