I have had my 2″ master chef board for almost a year now, and I cannot say enough good things about it. IT has been the best cutting board I have owned. I admittedly hard on it, even a little abusive, and it has held up incredibly well. It has never damaged a knife edge, and in fact, they stay sharper longer, because quality cutting boards do that for your knife….. I would not hesitate to buy another one if and when needed.
