How To Clean Your Heirloom Products™ Cutting Board

IMPORTANT:

– Wood cutting boards are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
– Do not soak your Heirloom Products™ cutting board in water.
– Do not use your cutting board as a hot pad.
Placing hot pots and pans on the wood surface can char and discolor the finish.

  • After every use, promptly hand wash with hot water and mild soap. This will avoid bacteria buildup.
  • Wipe the board dry with a clean dish towel.
  • Once the board is completely dry, rub a small amount of Wood Defender™ into the board using a paper towel.
  • Let the Wood Defender™ soak for 20 minutes and wipe off excess.
